Who's Cracked - Terms of Service

Who's Cracked is a social energy-drink logging app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently removes your data.
Your content
Logs, comments, notes, your profile picture, and profile details you post are yours. You give us the license needed to store them and show them to the friends you've connected with - that's the whole product. Content is visible to your accepted friends by default; you can mark logs private.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate, threats, or bullying.
- No sexual content, no violence, nothing involving minors.
- No illegal content, spam, or impersonating other people.
- No attempting to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every log, comment, and profile has a "..." menu with Report, and the same menu blocks the person, which hides you from each other completely. The app also refuses to post slurs, hate, or explicit text. We review every report within 24 hours; content that breaks these terms is removed and the account responsible is ejected.
Not health advice
Caffeine numbers in the app come from product labels, manufacturer data, and community input. They're informational and may be wrong. If you turn on the optional heart-rate feature, the charts come from your own devices via Apple Health; they are informational, not medical monitoring, and caffeine affects everyone differently. Who's Cracked is not a health app and provides no medical advice. Know your own limits.
The service
Who's Cracked is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. We're a small operation; we'll do right by you, but our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
