Common things
- A can won't scan. Tap "Search instead" on the scan screen and type the name. If it isn't in the catalog, add it - the caffeine and size you enter become available to everyone.
- The caffeine number looks wrong. Figures come from labels and other users, so they can be off. Tap the amount on a log to correct it, or email us and we'll fix the catalog entry.
- A friend can't find me. They need your exact username. Share your invite link from the Friends tab instead - it opens straight to your profile.
- The widget is out of date. Widgets refresh when you open the app or crack something. If a size looks stale, remove the widget and add it again.
- Reporting someone. Every log, comment, and profile has a "..." menu with Report, and the same menu blocks the person. Blocking hides you from each other completely. Reports reach us directly and are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Deleting your account. Me tab (the person icon), the gear at the top right, Account, Delete account. It removes your profile, picture, logs, photos and comments for good.
